Johnny Ong – Advisor
As a strategic Advisor to GCV, Johnny brings unparalleled operational and technical expertise to the team. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the UnUsUaL Group, where he played a pivotal role in its historic listing as the first publicly traded concert production entity on the SGX Catalist. A stalwart of the industry since 1997, Johnny is the driving force behind the group's technical direction, overseeing SLV (Sound, Light, Video) assets valued at over SGD 30 million. He is instrumental in R&D strategies that develop cutting-edge equipment, ensuring cost-competitive advantages for large-scale deployments across the region.
Theodore Chuang – Director
Theodore brings extensive expertise in venue design, management, and operations to Greenwillow Creative Ventures. He specializes in delivering integrated solutions, providing the strategic oversight required to optimize performance across complex venue projects. A veteran of the Asian real estate market, Theodore also serves as Executive Director and Managing Partner of Greenwillow Capital Management. His deep industry knowledge is built on leadership roles at major property developers, including serving as Country Head (Indonesia) for Hongkong Land and Country Head (Indonesia) and General Director (Vietnam) for Ascendas. He currently heads Greenwillow's Southeast Asia investment team.
Loh Wai Keong – Director
Wai Keong brings over 15 years of experience in investment and fund management, including senior leadership roles as Managing Director at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. He also held key positions as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Country Head (India) for CapitalMalls Asia at CapitaLand, and CEO (South East Asia) at Ascendas, giving him extensive experience across public policy, real estate development, and regional operations. At Greenwillow, he spearheads the Oriza Greenwillow Technology Fund, focusing on Southeast Asian tech start-ups while providing strategic direction across both real estate and technology ventures.
Douglas Lim – Project Director
Douglas brings over two decades of regional operations experience across the Asia-Pacific market. He has led the end-to-end execution of major large-scale events and venue operations, with deep expertise in technical production, broadcast workflows, and cross-border partnerships. At GCV, he oversees project delivery, bringing established operating discipline and a track record of guiding teams to execute complex initiatives across the region.
Jerry Teng – Technical Director (Taiwan)
Jerry leads GCV's technical direction in Taiwan, bringing over 30 years of professional experience in event production and stage technology. His expertise spans large-scale event production, venue construction, live entertainment, and performing arts technology management. A dedicated educator, he currently serves as a part-time lecturer for the post-Bachelor of Music program at the China University of Science and Technology, having previously lectured at the Department of Performing Arts, National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Jerry is also a supervisor of the Chinese Popular Music International Exchange Association and the Asian Popular Music Digital Technology Research Association, and maintains close ties with the Taiwan Technical Theatre Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing stage technology standards and professional education across the region.
Paul Zhao – Partner, Strategic Alliances (China)
Paul drives GCV's strategic partnerships across the China market, bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of culture, technology, and commerce. He is the Founder and Chairman of COMTE Culture Group, which he established in 2008 to advance innovation in digital culture, exhibition and display, and intelligent display systems, serving government bodies, museums, cultural tourism groups, and listed enterprises. He also serves as a Senior Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Management Science and a Senior Planning Designer with the China Building Decoration Association. At GCV, he leverages these networks and his focus on cultural IP digitization to connect Chinese creativity with global markets.
Vincent Tan – Partner, Strategic Alliances (Malaysia)
Vincent leads GCV's strategic partnerships in Malaysia, bringing established local networks and regional market knowledge. He focuses on developing key relationships and partnership opportunities that strengthen the group's presence across Southeast Asia.
Tan Keong Tiong – Project Director (Malaysia)
Tan Keong Tiong is a seasoned event production professional with extensive experience in event setup, production operations, and the integration of Sound, Lighting, and Visual (SLV) systems across a diverse portfolio of live events. His expertise spans corporate conferences, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, gala dinners, and large-scale productions, where he has consistently delivered high-quality technical solutions and operational excellence. With a strong understanding of end-to-end event production, Tiong is proficient in coordinating complex technical requirements, managing on-site execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, vendors, and production teams. Recognized for his professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence, Tiong is dedicated to delivering reliable, innovative, and impactful event experiences that meet the highest industry standards.
