Johnny Ong – Advisor
As a strategic Advisor to GCV, Johnny brings unparalleled operational and technical expertise to the team. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the UnUsUaL Group, where he played a pivotal role in its historic listing as the first publicly traded concert production entity on the SGX Catalist. A stalwart of the industry since 1997, Johnny is the driving force behind the group's technical direction, overseeing SLV (Sound, Light, Video) assets valued at over SGD 30 million. He is instrumental in R&D strategies that develop cutting-edge equipment, ensuring cost-competitive advantages for large-scale deployments across the region.
Theodore Chuang – Director
Theodore brings extensive expertise in venue design, management, and operations to Greenwillow Creative Ventures. He specializes in delivering integrated solutions, providing the strategic oversight required to optimize performance across complex venue projects. A veteran of the Asian real estate market, Theodore also serves as Executive Director and Managing Partner of Greenwillow Capital Management. His deep industry knowledge is built on leadership roles at major property developers, including serving as Country Head (Indonesia) for Hongkong Land and Country Head (Indonesia) and General Director (Vietnam) for Ascendas. He currently heads Greenwillow’s Southeast Asia investment team.
Loh Wai Keong – Director
Wai Keong brings over 15 years of experience in investment and fund management, including senior leadership roles as Managing Director at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. He also held key positions as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Country Head (India) for CapitalMalls Asia at CapitaLand, and CEO (South East Asia) at Ascendas, giving him extensive experience across public policy, real estate development, and regional operations. At Greenwillow, he spearheads the Oriza Greenwillow Technology Fund, focusing on Southeast Asian tech start-ups while providing strategic direction across both real estate and technology ventures.
