This integrated development combines luxury offices, 6-star hospitality, and a lifestyle mall with seamless transit connectivity.

Design Concept & Process

The development is designed as a vertical city, integrating 'Live, Work, Play' into a single destination. The architectural strategy focuses on connectivity and sustainability, achieving BCA Green Mark Platinum certification. The master plan features a retail podium (Agora Mall) connecting two main towers, a vertical garden, and underground tunnels directly linking to the Dukuh Atas MRT station.
